NEEDED:
1 big onoin - roughly chopped
cashewnut (if full ) - 7
salt
red chilly powder
haldi
corriander - 1 or 2 tbsp
peas - 1 cup - pressure cooked
METHOD:
- in 1 tsp oil fry the oil , till light brown.
- then grind the fried onion & casewnut to a smooth paste adding water as req.
- in a wok add 2 tsp oil & add the paste.
- add salt , chilly powder, corriander, haldi .
- add water as req .
- cook till the bubbles come.
- then add the cooked peas .
- cook for few min & remove .
- Simple & a very creamy , tasty recipe which goes well with roti , fried rice...........
NOTE:
instead of peas can add fresh paneer.
or can add both peas and paneer.
