JACK FRUIT PAYASAM

NEEDED:
jack fruit - 5 (discard the seed  and centre skin)
sugar 
milk
elachi powder

METHOD:
  • par boil the jack fruit  and grind to a smooth paste.
  • in a wok add the jack fruit paste and 1 cup milk . 
  • add sugar and cook for few min .
  • add elachi powder  and remove .
  • now add boiled milk to this and serve.
