MANGA PICKLE
NEEDED:
Raw mango / manga - 1
red chilly powder
methi powder
salt
hing
1 tbsp oil, mustard
METHOD:
- chop the manga and keep asidein a bowl .
- in a small wok temper mustard in oil, add hing and methi powder.
- remove and add to the manga. add chilly powder, salt .
- mix well .
- good with curd rice.
