BISCUIT BURFI


THIS IS A VERY EASY, DIFFERENT SWEET , WHICH CAN BE PREPARED IN 10 MINUTES. 

NEEDED:

glucose biscuit - powdered ( 2 cups)
Mithaimate - 1 tin ( 400 ml)
1 tsp - coco powder
Cashewnut- chopped(opt)
2 tbsp butter

METHOD:
  • In a thick bottom pan add Mithaimate,  biscuit powder,  coco powder,  and butter.
  • Add Cashewnut. 
  • Stir constant till ir thickens.
  • Then spread in an aluminium plate and keep inside the fridge to set.
  • Remove after 1/2 hr and put pieces.


NOTE:
I used parle G biscuit.
Any biscuit can be used.
