NEEDED :
1 cup - wheat flour
1/2 cup approx- jaggery
1 banana - mashed (opt)
Elachi powder
Water as required
METHOD
- Mix all the above said to a batter consistency.
- Take non stick kulliappa mould .
- Add 1/4 tsp ghee in each hole.
- fill each hole with wheat batter and cook on a medium flame.
- Then turn the other side carefully and cook for 2 minutes and remove.
