JIGARTHANDA




NEEDED
Milk - 1 lr
nannari syrup (sarasaparilla root syrup )
agar agar / china grass - 1 tbsp
icecream - (vanilla flavour)
tutti frutti - little for garnishing

METHOD

  • boil milk and reduce the milk to 3/4  qty ( semi solid texture).
  • add 3 tbsp sugar (to ur taste), cook for few minutes.
  • remove ,allow it to cool and refrigerate it.
  • heat 2 cups water until  its warm .
  • add the china grass to it , dissolve it completely.
  • mix well , cool and refrigerate.
  • it will b like jelly now.


HOW TO SERVE 

  • add 1 tbsp of jelly in the serving glass.
  • add nannari syrup (2 tsp).
  • then add the thick and chilled milk .
  • mix well.
  • lastly add 1 scoop icecream on top . 
  • garnish with tutti frutti and serve chill .
