RAITAS



SNAKEGUARD RAITA:


      METHOD:
  • temper mustard in 3 tsp oil and add the chopped snakeguard .
  • cook till it is soft and light brown .
  • transfer it to a bowl and add curd , salt .
  • mix well and serve with any rice.





CUCUMBER RAITA

METHOD:
wash and peel the skin of the cucumber.
grate the cucumber and transfer it to a bowl.
add fresh curd and salt .
temper mustard , green chilly and add to the cucumber raita.
mix well , garnish with corriander.




DANGAR RAITA

METHOD:
take 1 tsp urad dal powder.
mix it with 1 cup fresh curd.
add salt.
temper mustard , 1 red chilly in 1 tsp oil , add this to the raita.
mix well and serve.
