NEEDED:
drumstick leaves- 1 cup- wash & fry in little oil till it shrinks.keep aside.
fry the below said in little oil sep
red chilly - 6
channa dal - 1 tbsp
urad dal -1 tbsp
salt
tamarind- amla size
methi seeds- 1 tsp
METHOD:
- grind everything tog adding water as req .
- then transfer it in a bowl .
- temper mustard in 1tsp oil ,add a pinch hing.
- add this to the chutney & mix well .
- good with dosa, roti .
