NEEDED:
thick milk- 1 lr
sugar - 3 tbsp
citric acid -2-3 pinch
ghee- 1 1/2 tbsp
fine rawa- 1tbsp
cashewnut
METHOD:
- first roast cashew and rawa in ghee and keep aside.
- boil milk in a broad heavy kadai tillit reduces to 3/4 of its consistency.
- add sugar and cook for few min.
- add citric acid to break the milk and keep stirring for few min.
- add the roasted cashew and rawa to the halwa.
- cook till moisture evaporates.
- add little ghee if necessary.
- when halwa consistency is reached ,remove.
