CHOCOLATE TUFFELES

needed:
dark chocolate slab- grate & take 1 cup
coarsely ground almond  - 2 cups
vanilla essence  - 1 tsp
butter - 2 tsp
mithai mate - 1/2 tin

in a thick bottemed pan add mithai mate, essence.
then add the grated chocolate & the butter.stir well .
after the chocolate melts ,add the almond powder.
mix well. stir for 2 min & remove.
allow it to cool.
then make chocolate balls.

note:
u can use cashew instead of almond. OR 1/2 cashew & 1/2 almond.
but all has a different   taste.
