MASALA KADALAI


NEEDED:

1 cup peanuts
1/4 cup( 4 tbsp) gram flour / besan (approx)
red chilly powder
hing
salt
little amchur powder ( opt)
1 tsp dhana jeera powder ( opt)
oil for deep frying

METHOD:

  • wash the peanut & drain the water.
  • add all the above said ingredients( except oil ) , sprinkle little water  & mix well.
  • (the water added should be enough to coat the peanuts with the flour) .
  • once it is coated, keep aside for 5 min.
  • heat oil in a pan & add the peanuts little by little.
  • try to separate the peanut as much as possiblewhile adding in oil.
  • keep on a medium flame & fry till golden brown .
