TO ROAST:
Grated coconut- 1 cup
2 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
2 tsp urad dal
Green chilly

METHOD:
- temper mustard in 2 tsp oil and add urad dal, green chilly.
- Then add the grated coconut and cook till light brown.
- Then remove and add the cooked rice .
- Add salt , curry leaves and mix well.
