COCONUT RICE


NEEDED:
Cooked rice
Salt
TO ROAST:
Grated coconut- 1 cup
2 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
2 tsp urad dal
Green chilly
Curry leaves

METHOD:
  • temper mustard in 2 tsp oil and add urad dal, green chilly.
  • Then add the grated coconut and cook till light brown. 
  • Then remove  and add the cooked rice .
  • Add salt , curry leaves  and mix well.
