NEEDED:
1 1/2 cup -wheat flour
1 cup -grated jaggery
Elachi powder
Water as required
Ghee r oil for making dosa

METHOD:
- 1 st dissolve the grated jaggery in water.
- Then add wheat flour , elachi powder and mix well .
- Add water if required.
- ( batter will be like paste, sticky but pouring)
- Make small small dosa.
- Keep in medium flame and cook on both sides.
