GUD DOSA / JAGGERY DOSA



NEEDED:
1 1/2 cup -wheat flour
1 cup -grated jaggery
Elachi powder
Water as required
Ghee r oil for making dosa

METHOD:
  • 1 st dissolve the grated jaggery in water.
  • Then add wheat flour , elachi powder and mix well .
  • Add water if required. 
  • ( batter will be like paste, sticky but pouring)
  • Make small small dosa.
  • Keep in medium flame and cook on both sides.
