POTATO KUTTU

NEEDED:
potato - 2 - chopped
peas - little ( opt)
tomato - 1 - chopped
hing
turmeric powder / haldi
chilly powder
salt
1/2 tsp sugar
garam masala - 1/2 tsp - (opt)
2 tsp oil , mustard , jeera

METHOD:
  • temper mustard  , jeera in 2 tsp oil and add the potato , peas and tomato.
  • fry for 2 min and add enough water ( 1 cup).
  • add hing, haldi , chilly powder, salt .
  • close the lid and cook , till the potato is soft.
  • add sugar , garam masala .
  • mix well and cook for 2 min . 
  • remove  and garnish with corriander.
  • good with roti .
NOTE:
can also add onion  to this .
