ROSE SYRUP


NEEDED:

600 GMS- sugar
300 ml - water
1/2 tsp citric acid / lemon salt
1 drop rose essence ( colorless )
rashberry red color / pink - little

METHOD:
  • make sugar syrup.  sugar should dissolve, sticky,  1 boil.
  • add citric acid , remove and allow it to cool.
  • then add rose essence , color and mix well .
  • store in a bottle and keep inside the fridge.
  • use when required.
  • mix little of this rose syrup in milk  and enjoy the tasty  ROSE MILK.
NOTE:
add preservative to the syrup if storing for long time.
dont have immediately if , preservative is added. use after 2 days.
