600 GMS- sugar
300 ml - water
1/2 tsp citric acid / lemon salt
1 drop rose essence ( colorless )
rashberry red color / pink - little
METHOD:
- make sugar syrup. sugar should dissolve, sticky, 1 boil.
- add citric acid , remove and allow it to cool.
- then add rose essence , color and mix well .
- store in a bottle and keep inside the fridge.
- use when required.
- mix little of this rose syrup in milk and enjoy the tasty ROSE MILK.
add preservative to the syrup if storing for long time.
dont have immediately if , preservative is added. use after 2 days.
