INSTANT LEMON PICKLE

NEEDED:

5 lemon - cut to small pieces
(lemon  skin shd be thin and soft )
salt
chilly powder
little methi powder/ fenugreek powder
til oil - 1/2 cup
mustard - 1tsp

METHOD
  • In a wok add the til oil and temper mustard.
  • then add the lemon , add fry on a medium flame.
  • add salt , chilly powder, methi powder.
  • add little more oil if required.
  • cook for few minutes and remove .
  • can keep this pickle for 2 , 3 days........
