5 lemon - cut to small pieces
(lemon skin shd be thin and soft )
salt
chilly powder
little methi powder/ fenugreek powder
til oil - 1/2 cup
mustard - 1tsp
METHOD
- In a wok add the til oil and temper mustard.
- then add the lemon , add fry on a medium flame.
- add salt , chilly powder, methi powder.
- add little more oil if required.
- cook for few minutes and remove .
- can keep this pickle for 2 , 3 days........
