ONION CHUTNEY

NEEDED:

onoin big - roughly chopped
Red chilly
Salt
Tamarind small piece.
1tsp oil  for frying
1 tsp oil , mustard for tempering


METHOD
  • In a wok add oil ,add red chilly,  onion, tamarind.
  •  Fry till  onion is slightly golden .
  • Add salt , remove and cool .
  • Then grind this, adding water if required.
  • Transfer it to a bowl.
  • Now temper mustard , in 1 tsp oil and add to this onion chutney.
  • Mix well and serve with idly, dosa....
