NEEDED:
onoin big - roughly chopped
Red chilly
Salt
Tamarind small piece.
1tsp oil for frying
1 tsp oil , mustard for tempering

METHOD
- In a wok add oil ,add red chilly, onion, tamarind.
- Fry till onion is slightly golden .
- Add salt , remove and cool .
- Then grind this, adding water if required.
- Transfer it to a bowl.
- Now temper mustard , in 1 tsp oil and add to this onion chutney.
- Mix well and serve with idly, dosa....
