PANEER PAKODA



NEEDED:

fresh paneer - 1/4 kg
( slice into  1" pieces)
Besan / gram flour- 1 cup
Rice flour - 2 tbsp
Corn flour - 1 tbsp ( opt )
Red chilly powder
Turmeric powder
Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
Salt
Oil for deep frying

METHOD
  • mix a cup of besan , rice flour,  red chilly powder,  salt. 
  • Add enough water to make a thick paste.
  • Heat oil in  a pan , dip each piece of paneer in the besan batter such that it is coated on all sides. 
  • Drop 1 by 1 in hot oil.
  • Deep fry on medium flame to a golden brown.  Remove onto absorbent paper.
  • Serve hot with ketchep, along with a cup of chai....
