NEEDED : 72 pieces
milk powder- 5 cups
Sugar - 3 cups
Dessicated coconut/ coconut powder - 200 gms
Butter - 225 gms
Majaj - for garnishing

METHOD
- Take a thick bottom pan and add sugar, 1/2 cup water.
- Stir till it dissolves and sticky consistency. (If u drown in water ,it should not dissolve)
- Then add butter, ( melts fully) add milk powder.
- Stir constant , so that no lumps form .
- At last add the dessicated coconut.
- Stir till its thick ( on a medium flame) and u get the burfi consistency.
- Remove and spread in a greased plate.
- Sprinkle some majaj on top , put pieces.
