NEEDED:
baby potato
Hing
Turmeric powder
Chilly powder
Salt
Oil
Mustard - 1 tsp
Urad dal -1 tsp
Garam masala( opt)
METHOD
- Pressure cook the potatoes adding water as required.
 - Then remove and drain the water.
 - Peel the skin.
 - In a wok add oil, temper mustard ,urad dal and add the potatoes.
 - Add hing, turmeric, chilly powder, salt.
 - Stir well and roast till golden brown.
