NEEDED
1 cup grated white pumpkin ( sueeze out the water )
2 tbsp gulgund
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
orange red food color - a pinch ( opt)
little honey
roasted cashewnut
ghee - 1 tbsp
METHOD
- in a pan add ghee and the white pumpkin.
- fry for few min .
- add the milk and cook it its dry . ( the milk will look curdled , just cook till no water )
- then add sugar , (it will loosen first )
- add ghee if required .
- when it thickens add gulgand and honey , add a pinch of orange red color.
- cook for 2 min.
- add roasted nuts and remove .
