NEEDED
5 medium size vadu mangai
Little grated coconut
Salt
1 green chilly
2 cup curd
1/2 tsp oil, mustard - seasoning
METHOD
- grind vadu mangai, green chilly, salt , and coconut.
- Add this to the curd.
- Mix well.
- Temper mustard in 1 tsp oil.
- Add to the curd .
NOTE
If the vadu manga becomes soft , do not throw it away.
