NEEDED
Broccoli- 1 (use green part alone, cut small pieces)
Almond -1 handful
Salt
Pepper powder
Milk - 1 cup
Method
Dry roast almond for 2 min and keep aside.
Add 1 tsp oil and add the chopped brocolli.
Fry for 2 min on a medium flame.
Allow it to cool.
(Take little brocolli and keep seperately for garnishing)
Now powder the almond 1st.
Then add the brocolli and grind to a smooth paste, adding water as required.
Take a nonstick pan , add this paste, add 1 cup water, keep in medium flame.
If it's too thick, add 1 cup milk.
Add salt and pepper powder to ur taste.
Bring it to a boil.
Garnish with brocolli and serve hot.
