MANGO KHEER


needed:
thick milk- 1 lr
rice  flour - 1 tsp
corn  flour - 1tsp
coconut milk- 1 cup
citric acid/ lemon salt- a pinch
mithaimate -to ur taste
1 cup mango pulp - ( take 1 mango & grind)
nuts -for garnishing

mtd:
 take a thick bottemed pan & pour the milk.
cook in medium flame  till it reduces to 3/4 .
mix corn flour, rice flour, coconut milk tog without lumps.
now add this to the milk . mix well.
cook for 10 min & add the citric acid .
then add the mango pulp.stir well.
it will look as if the milk has curdled.add mithaimate & mix well .
cook till u get a creamy consistency.
remove  & garnish with chopped almonds.
can even serve chilled.
actually it was like mango flavoured tirati paal ,very yummy........
