CARROT CHUTNEY



NEEDED:


toovar dal  2tbsp
moong dal 2tbsp
red chilly
salt to taste
curry leaves
carrot 1 if big

METHOD:
  • in 1tsp oil add the carrot & fry till light brown.keep aside.
  • then again add 1tsp oil & add t. dal, m.dal, red chilly, curry leaves. can add hing if u want.
  • grind everything tog addingsalt,& water as req.
  • temper musted in 1 tsp oil& add to the chutney.
  • good with dosa ,roti ..
  • note; make it spicy.
