palak- 1/2 bunch -chopped
fenugreek/methi seeds- 4 tsp- soak for 2 hrs
curd -1/2 cup (approx)
wadiyan - 10 - fry in oil & keep aside
method:
temper mustard, jeera & add the palak.
add haldi,hing,chilly powder,dhanajeera powder, close the lid & cook for 2 min.
then add the methi seeds. ( drain the water)
add curd & salt.add 1tsp sugar. cook for few min.
atlast add the wadiyan & remove.
serve with roti..........
