NEEDED:
pulichakeerai- 1 handful - chopped
1 tbsp channa dal /kadalai parupu
1 big onion - roughly chopped
salt
hing
haldi
garam masala
oil, mustard, jeera
METHOD:
pressure cook the keerai & channa dal tog . add water as req so that the channa doesnt get mashed.
then temper mustard , jeera in 2 tsp oil& add the onion.
fry till golden brown & add the cooked keerai channa.
add salt , hing, haldi , garam masala.
add 1/2 tsp sugar . cook for few min & remove.
