AMA VADAI



NEEDED:
1 cup channa dal
1 tbsp urad dal
Green chilly
Hing
Salt
Curry leaves

METHOD:
  • Soak the dal together for an hr . 
  • Wash and drain the water.  
  • Add green chilly , hing . Curry leaves and grind coarsely.  
  • ( add little water if required. )
  • Transfer to a bowl.  Add salt and mix well.
  • Heat oil in a pan .And make vada. 
  • Keep on a medium flame and fry till golden brown.
