NEEDED:
1 cup channa dal
1 tbsp urad dal
Green chilly
Hing
Salt
Curry leaves
METHOD:
- Soak the dal together for an hr .
- Wash and drain the water.
- Add green chilly , hing . Curry leaves and grind coarsely.
- ( add little water if required. )
- Transfer to a bowl. Add salt and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan .And make vada.
- Keep on a medium flame and fry till golden brown.
