WHITE PUMPKIN HALWA



NEEDED:

Grated white pumpkin- 1 cup
Ghee- 4 tsp
Mithaimate- 1/4 tin
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Elachi powder
Kesari color
Cashewnut - roasted

METHOD:
  • In a thick bottom pan add 2 tsp ghee.
  • Then add Cashewnut and grated pumpkin. 
  • Fry on a medium flame till raw smell goes.
  • Add kesar color orange.
  • add Mithaimate and cook for few minues. 
  • Then add sugar and elachi powder. 
  • Keep stirring so that it doesn't stick to the bottom. 
  • Add 2 tsp ghee .
  • Remove  when  it comes out clean leaving the sides.
