RIBGUARD THUVIYAL


NEEDED
rib guard - 2 , peel skin and chop
1 tsp oil, mustard
1 tbsp - urad dal
Hing
red chilly
salt

METHOD

  • In a wok temper mustard,  urad dal, hing , red chilly.
  • Remove , add salt and allow it to cool.
  • then add 1 tsp oil and fry the rib guard.
  • remove and keep aside.
  •  grind this urad dal 1 st  in a mixer .
  • then add the rib guard and grind again .
  • add water if required.
  • Then remove and transfer it to a bowl.
