NEEDED
rib guard - 2 , peel skin and chop
1 tsp oil, mustard
1 tbsp - urad dal
Hing
red chilly
salt
METHOD
- In a wok temper mustard, urad dal, hing , red chilly.
- Remove , add salt and allow it to cool.
- then add 1 tsp oil and fry the rib guard.
- remove and keep aside.
- grind this urad dal 1 st in a mixer .
- then add the rib guard and grind again .
- add water if required.
- Then remove and transfer it to a bowl.
