NEEDED
green moong sprout - 1/2 cup
brocolli (florets) - 1 cup
bell pepper - red and yellow - chopped
pepper powder
salt
italian seasoning - opt
1 tsp oil , jeera
METHOD
- in a wok add oil and temper jeera .
- add the brocolli , add little water , close the lid and cook for few minutes.
- (brocolli shd be par cooked, there shd be no water )
- then add the sprout , and bell pepper .
- add salt , pepper powder, italian seasoning , toss well ,and remove.
NOTE
brocolli , bell pepper should be little crisp .
