NEEDED
shell pasta - cooked
1 tsp olive oil
garlic finely chopped - 1 tsp
chilly flakes
tomato puree (boil 1 big tomato , peel skin and grind )
salt
for white sauce
1 tsp - butter
1 tsp - maida
1 cup - milk
METHOD
shell pasta - cooked
1 tsp olive oil

1 cup - milk
- in a pan add butter , then add maida and roast slightly .
- add the milk and mix well.
- cook for 2 min (semi solid consistency)
- remove and keep aside.
METHOD
- in a pan add oil and roast garlic .
- add chilly flakes and tomato puree.
- cook for few minutes and white sauce , salt and mix well .
- lastly add the cooked pasta .
- cook for 2 min and remove .
- garnish with grated cheese.
- serve with crisp bread.
